This policy applies to purchases made directly through kalindri.com from Kalindri Enterprises (Kalindri Sports). Purchases through third-party marketplaces are also subject to the applicable marketplace’s policies.
Reporting an issue
If your sports product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, description of the issue and photographs where useful. We will review the circumstances and advise the next steps. Your applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Returns and eligibility
We review return requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the product, its condition, the reason for return, the circumstances and applicable law. We do not promise a fixed general return window; please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering an issue. This approach does not limit any mandatory statutory return, refund or consumer protection rights. Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can confirm the correct return process and destination. Do not send products to an address without receiving return instructions.
Change-of-mind requests
For unwanted or mistakenly ordered items, please contact us to check whether a return can be accepted.
